Hara was founded by Mika Choudhary, a marketing and data consultant with experience at startups like A.Team, Credit Sesame, and Thrive Health. As a freelancer, Mika has supported nonprofits like the National Blood Clot Alliance and now serves on the boards of LifeCycles Project and Terra Elysium. She knows firsthand the pressures teams face, including juggling programs, outreach, and reporting, often without the resources of a data analyst let alone a data team.

We kept seeing the same pattern: organizations drowning in spreadsheets, switching between disconnected tools, and struggling to see what was working.

That project sparked our mission: to turn data chaos into clarity for orgs.
